The salesman was very friendly and took the time to explain the options and cost.  They ordered the windows and said they would contact me in 4 to 6 weeks.  After the windows came in I scheduled the install date 2 weeks later.  The installers showed up on time and were very good - friendly and did clean work up until they realized two of the windows were the wrong size.  The Salesman measured incorrectly.   I don't think they should get the wrong measurements on a custom window.  They had even removed one of the old windows before realizing the mistake so they had to put back in one of the old windows and order two new windows.  Neither someone from their office nor the salesman ever contacted me after the mistake - absolutely no apology for the inconvenience of having to wait for another install date.  I had to call and find out if the right windows were on order and have not been given a new install date.  I have serious concerns about using someone who can't do the job right the first time.

I had two cellar windows replaced. Salesman was nice, product us great, installer was a jerk. Kept complaining about having to go to another job and had to hurry. I guess my money wasn't green enough. It was in the wintertime and when I complained that I could feel cold air leaking in around the frame, he just said "that's ok, it's just a cellar". I had to finish it myself. Company wanted to do the repair but I couldn't the thought of having that incompetent coming back. Too bad because it's a nice product.

The slsm was late both for both appointments, and did not call to let us know he was running late either time. The first time over 25 minutes late, and about 15 minutes the second time. He apologized, and was friendly, but still not very professional. Upon his second visit he told us he needed to borrow a calculator because his cell phone was dead. I'm hoping the installation will run much smoother than the quote and contract, because as of now, I would not recommend them....

It went very well.  They were spectacular.  They were very polite and they went right to work.  They were done in a very short period of time and they cleaned up after themselves, there was nothing for me to clean up.  I saw their ad, went to the shop, and spoke with their representative and I liked their demeanor.  They weren’t pushy.  Every time someone said they were going to be here, they were here, right on time when they were supposed to be.  They charged exactly as advertised, $189 a window.  Their prices were great, which is why I went with them.

Excellent, from start to finish.  Salesman was punctual and gave my wife and I a laugh as he went through all of the other schtick that the other sales folks had used (the heat lamp trick, the fake call to the manager, the 'sign in the yard discount', etc.).  The installation process was seamless.  Although it took several months to schedule the install after the order, the install date was never moved and the promise of a two day install was kept.  The installers were exceptional - the lead worker was a true craftsman and did a wonderful job converting two old, broken sash windows into a significant bow window with side casements.  These guys worked efficiently and cleanly.  After enduring one of the coldest winters in recent NE PA  history, I can say that the windows certainly provided us with tremendous comfort and energy savings. Now, truth be told, they aren't the absolute highest possible quality replacement windows that one could buy (for example, the frame of the Anderson's seemed more considerable in its construction) - if you have a very high end home, they might not be the place for you.  But at 1/3 the total price of Anderson Replacement (our entire job was equal to the estimated cost of just the bow with the Anderson replacement company!), with a tranditional mid-century home, we were very content.  Please beware the many hucksters and scammers out there - WW will give you the straight scoop - you know exactly what you are getting, when you are getting it and what the price is (it is printed on the order form!  ask some of the other guys to show you their price sheets!).  Great to work with and we will use them again when we add two additional windows to our living room.  Also, we used a coupon from Angie's List - no hassle at all!

The windows are top quality and the work was done in one day.

When their salesman/estimator arrived at our home to take measurements, he almost knocked an air conditioner out of one of the windows and he broke the frame of one of the other windows.  He was rather unprofessional and dressed a little overly casual for a first contact.  They did have the best price though.  We did not hire them.

They were fabulous. They were very correct, punctual, and extremely friendly. There was one little issue where I had a whole new window put in and it wasn't on his list. He quickly made a phone call and wasn't moody about that.

Installation of the windows and door was perfect.

It went pretty well. They were pretty prompt but I would use a different company. Their offer seems to be good. They gave me options to the different level which I like. They made a positive impression. I believe they do the work themselves which is an important thing for me. They were very good but not quite perfect.

I didn't order the windows yet but I've dealt with them before and they are very good.  I remember it was reasonable because when I priced other places they were higher.  The workers were competent, they were always on time, they always cleaned up.  Their product was very nice.

The windows came in in about the time frame they estimated. Installation was done when promised. They cleaned up after themselves. Quality windows, doors and work. I highly recommend them.

The initial installment was by and large  ok for most of the windows.  However, I wasn't happy with the excessive use of non paintable caulk on some of the interior sills, since they obviously needed to be painted.  I did not  expect the installers to refinish the interior sills, but hoped I'd have an easier time doing it myself. 
   The day after the installation, I noticed that the picture window was not sealed and was tilted in the frame a bit.  I called the company and they immediately sent someone over to check it out.  I  was told that it looked like a defect in the window and they would fix it.  About a week later, I received a call and was told that they thought it may have been an installation problem and the installer would be over to fix it.  The installer tried to pry the window up, but to no avail.  In fact when he left, the casement was now broken.  Right after the installer left, I called the company and was told they would make it right.  I hadn't heard from them for about 3 weeks and was starting to think this was going to turn into one of those nightmare installations you read about.  However, I called the company and to my surprise, learned that they had indeed ordered an entire new window.  They sent out different installers and fixed the problem.  I highly recommend this company, and would have given them an A, but for the initial installation and before I called them 3 weeks after the attempted fix, I wasn't sure how they were going to remedy the problem.
     The warranty on the windows seems really good, from the outside they look great. (no more painting) .  The replacement of the largest and most expensive window by the company renewed my faith in contractors, a little.  Thanks Window World!
