The company responded to my call the same day; they came out to the house and gave an estimate in a timely manner. The work was scheduled within the week. The workers were extremely efficient and clean in their work. And, the windows are beautiful. They match the colonial style of our home. I would most definitely use them again, but, sad to say, these are the last windows of this type for us.

The frame in the basement had cracked after they had done the work. They said they would stop by and fix it but they had never done it yet for us.
