WE HAD SHOPPED AT A COUPLE OF OTHER STORES AND IT WAS SO NICE TO FINALLY TALK TO SOMEONE WHO MADE US FEEL LIKE WHAT WE WANTED MATTERED. WE WERE GREETED AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN BY THE OWNER AND HE HELPED US WITH OUR CHOICES. MY WIFE WAS DELIGHTED AS TO HOW MUCH HE KNEW ABOUT THE FLOORING THAT WE CHOOSE. THE INSTALLERS SHOWED UP ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER AS WE WERE TOLD AND WERE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY INSTALLED ALL THE CARPET AND VINYL IN 2 DAYS AND WE WERE SO HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE INSTALLATION, THEY CLEANED UP AND SWEPT OUR FLOORS THAT MY WIFE HAD TO DO NOTHING AFTER THEY LEFT. WE HAD SOME SEAMS IN OUR CARPET BECAUSE OF THE LAYOUT OF OUR HOUSE AND WE STILL CAN'T FIND THEM. WE WILL AND DO RECOMMEND THEM TO OUR FRIENDS. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!
