Not so good I just hit another deer and went to another body shop and they said they did not put some bolts back in. Also they must not have done a front end alignment because a week later my mechanic found that my inner tie rod was ready to break. It would not have been good if that happened.

Dawn and Sam were really helpful in providing an estimate and scheduling the vehicle for repairs. Sam dropped me off at home when I dropped off the car and picked he picked me up when car was done. Upon inspection, it appears the did a good job on the driver's side repairs and painting. However, the wheel well area that had a stone chip was not repaired. It appeared they just us a paint brush and put a dab of paint over the chip. They could not understand why the repairman did not fix that area correctly. I decide to not take delivery of my vehicle at that point. Upon discussing this matter with Sam, it was decided that they could do the repairs to that area if I wanted to wait an hour and a half. The other option was to do nothing and if it started rusting in that area bring it back. I decided to wait for the repairs. I am apprehensive in the repairs that were done on that stone chipped area. I was assured the area was properly prepped, but the work was done in less than an hour. Only time will tell. They left overspray on my wheels, so that makes me wonder about the quality of the repairman. Cutting corners to save a few sheets of masking paper does not provide me with a great sense of trust in the other work they do. On their survey, I marked quality as my number one preference. I sure hope I received it in the prep work they did on the areas they fixed.

Wonderful. They kept us informed all they time the work was being done. They even corrected a problem after the work was finished that was undetected in the initial inspection at no additional charge. They have worked on our car three separate times for us, 1) a deer ran into us, 2) a hit an run 3) tail pipe caused rear fender to melt from hit and run
They deal with the insurance company and insure the car is repaired properly. I definitely recommend them.

We had heard that they were now doing mechanical work as well as auto body work so we thought we would give them a call. We called and requested a estimate to replace a heater core in a older Lincoln. It took them over two weeks to call back with the estimate and the estimate was so ridiculously high. During the two weeks we waited for the estimate we received estimates from three other garages for less than half of the way overpriced estimate. When I question the difference the gentleman (and I use that term loosely) was very rude and told me if I knew how to do it I wouldn't have called him I would have done it myself, but since I didn't I shouldn't be questioning him. I will never call them again for anything.

I was in an accident,not my fault, and I took a chance and had this company come pick up my Suzuki. nervous because first time having to go through this I did not know what was going to happen. Everyone at Professionals was wonderful. Dawn (who worked at the front desk) made sure all my questions was answered! I never once had to worry about anything. Now if only the rental car company was as easy and concerned and had any compassion at all, this would of been so perfect but that is a different story completely. I strongly suggest that if you have had an accident or need repairs of any sort at all that you check out this company. I have not had to deal with anyone at the Altoona location but if they are anything at all like the Duncansville location you will not have a worry at all with your experience.
