Tour of what we wanted done went well, but we never received that actual estimate. The office called to see if we got it. We told them no, but we still did not get it.

Wayne came and performed the estimate and he was the only contractor that responded to us.  He stated he will be to our place at 1 pm and he was there by 12:45 pm.  Jeff was the site supervisor and he came to monitor the work every day and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was completed so far. We were very pleased with every aspect of the work that Mihalko did for us. They will definitley be used in the future and will be recommended to our friends and family.

mihalkos sub contracts all work to local contractors some of the guys did a excellent job while others did such a bad job I will have to redo some of the work because some things weren't done right.

an example is the siding they hung is not level and corners don't line up makes the house look like my 12 year old hung it.


the best thing about mihalkos is I don't have to deal with them again

Tom was excellent! He was on time,respectful or our house hold, clean and did a fantastic job with the

tile work. He also communicated through the process. The whole team at Mihalko's did a great job!!

We had a severe hail storm in June 2013. There were over 700 homes damaged in State College. We asked our insurance company for recommendations and they gave us a list of five companies. We received estimates from three companies and we were very impressed with the professional of Mihalko's. We contracted them to do the roof replacement and the siding and the windows on the front of the house. They did an excellent job on communicating before during and after the job. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and nice to deal with. They went over and above in working with the insurance company in getting additional work from the insurance company that was missed by the insurance agent. There work crew was the best construction crew we had ever worked with and we have build two homes so we had experience with general contractors.
As we mentioned 700 homes were damaged in this storm so we saw many different construction companies working on damaged neighbor homes and saw some very questionable work and we are extremely happy we chose the Mihalko's. Many of the neighbor work crews and companies were out of state companies that pry on people with storm damage.
