fix it. None of the screws were counter sunk so that you wouldn't see them. The finished project just did not look professional.The supplies used were also cheap materials.
"I did install new door frame and locks but the problem was that {removed name} also wanted a new door sweep /seal on the bottom of door. This decision was made after locks were installed and I informed {removed name} that with her relatively new carpet that the door would be overly tight to pull open and would have to be pushed in hard to lock the deadbolt. I also instructed her that if she was not satisfied to please call me and I could try to adjust the sweep. When I finished the job she said she was completely satisfied and had no negative feedback for me. I also never received any callbacks to correct the problem or was informed of one or it would have been taken care of free of charge. I strive to please my customers and take a lot of pride in my work so all apologies if I only would of been informed the problem would have been corrected. Thank You"
