Very well. The vendor assisted loading 2 tons of pellets into our cars.

The  technician was Mike Glass, who is also one of the owners.  He came to our house to look at two malfunctioning propane fireplaces which were installed by this company 9 years ago when the house was built.  He spent a generous amount of time checking  out each fireplace, testing all the parts and connections and replacing those that were needed.  He even cleaned the glass panels that fit in the front of each one.  He cleaned out the exhaust vents and replaced the stuff that makes it look like ashes and embers when the fireplace is on.  He had all the parts he might need with him, so everything was finished with this one visit.  When he was finished he cleaned up after himself, replaced furniture and reassembled the fireplaces.  You would never know he had been there.   I feel confident now that when I light these fireplaces this winter there will  be no danger of fire or misfeed of propane.  Mr. Glass was professional, courteous, efficient and personable.  I will call his company again whenever my fireplaces need service.

They had installed the pellet stove for me years ago.  I would definitely use them again.
