DEFIBAUGH & SHIELDS CONSTR

Was suppose to do roof in beginning of September but he did not get started till 10-3-2011. Took 4 weeks to complete the job. Looked like he did a good job but 6 months later the IKO shingle started to curl and lift. The IKO rep and Mr. Defibaugh came over and took sample and sent it away to the company for analysis. IKO sent letter saying that they were installed improperly. He didnt stand behind his work and IKO didnt stand behind there product. Mr Defibaught suggested that we turn it over to our insurance company as wind damage and he would r-einstall the roof with our insurance money. We didnt want to put in false claim so we suggested that we purchase new shingles and he could re-install them. It was them that Mr. Defibaugh stopped taking our phone calls. We develeped a leak around a flue pipe and it took him 2 weeks to come over to fix it, by them my bathroom ceiling was ruined and he made no effort to say that he would take care of it.He was also suppose to come back and fix some things that his employees had damaged, ( soffit and flood lights) I am still waiting and again no effort is being made to make things rightAll we can say about this company it they do not stand behind there work.
