CROSS KEYS TV

Very rude man came to my home. Complained about my bushes in front of my house. Don't know why. Tracked mud into my home. Replaced the bulb (lamp?) in my television. Did not fix the problem. Told me to trash my television. Would not even consider that his assumption that the problem was the bulb was incorrect. Refused to look at television any further. Demanded payment and left. I called another shop, the old lamp was fine, it was the color wheel. They fixed it up within a few days.

"Bill' was rude and arrogant and did not do any of the repairs promised. I really beleive that he was either trying to prove how important it is to not buy from SAMS or WALMART but to purchase electronics from him or he actually may have had hopes of selling me a replacement. Either way, I would not visit this shop for a repair or purchase ever.

Our DLP TV went out with no warning. I called Samsung for a local repair person and was given Cross Keys. When I called, the technician was helpful, gave an approximate estimate depending on whether the problem was the lamp or the ballast. When I called back to schedule an appointment, he put us on the schedule for the next day. He was prompt, courteous, and explained a good deal about our TV and the problem. He fixed the problem in a very short amount of time and cleaned up all the debris associated with the fix. His estimate was very close to the actual cost of the repair.
