It's a no nonsense, no frills, no haggling operation, arrived at 9 a.m. was given keys and plate to car I was interested in, test drove it and another, liked first more, gave me the appraisal for my trade, trade seemed low, but the reason that I was there was the selling price was low, and I had heard good word of mouth about this company.
