I was informed at the time of my appt. that the Dr. treating my cat with the skin condition had quit and I would be seeing his replacement. She was professional and knew about my cats problem. She suggested we try a new approach to treating the skin problem. We are in the process of doing this and are hoping to see positive results. My other cat that I brought was in renal failure and in his senior years. After examining my pet, doing a series of test and discussing the outcome of the findings the decision was made that euthinasia would be the best course of treatment. It was a very sad time for us but the staff did help make this delicate situation as easy a transition as could be made as it was a personal matter for my family. We came back the next morning and were put in a room with a nice blanket laid on the table and tissues. A tech came in and explained the process step by step and gave us a few min. to discuss or ask questions if needed. Then the vet came in and told us there was going to be 2 shots one a tranquillizer and the second one to end his life . He got the first shot but was so sick that was all he needed and he quietly left us. And before we left the vet gave us a round clay like sphere with my cats paw print and his name on it, wich was very much appreciated and accepted. This was not easy or pleasant for us but I thought that the clinic deserves an A for their compassion and dignity given us. It was very appreciated .

They work longer hours than other providers, they usually open Saturday mornings.
