They missed large areas on the walls that we didn't notice til he left. Didn't paint behind some of the furniture and only used one coat. Mr Long and his associate constantly were banging the roller to get every drop off the roller. They actually lost screws when replacing the electric plates. Then when painting the back patio with the exterior concrete paint, they applied it when concrete was still damp and didn't give complete coverage. The patio now looks worse than before and now we will have to pay someone else to have it redone. (My husband is disabled and unable to do physical work himself so we needed to get someone to do it).
We also noticed some items missing when they were gone.
After the patio was done it looked beautiful, but once the Winter was over the whole patio was peeled and paint was chipped. The whole patio has to be stripped and done all over which is a very costly job. We thought we could cover it with outdoor carpet but the carpet company told us we still needed to have it stripped to put down the adhesive to hold down the carpet.
Basically we need to do the patio over from scratch and replace the screen door, not to mention we are needing to replace windows because the seals were broken and the gas is leaking out of them.
I would certainly never have this company to do any other work.
