Morrison Inc
About us
Morrison has been installing geothermal systems for over 30 years. We have installed over 4,500 systems throughout central Pennsylvania. Our installations include the Governor’s Residence, the guardhouses at the White House, and homes from 800 square feet to over 16,000 square feet. We have used our experience to optimize closed loop designs for both horizontal and vertical closed loop systems. We can deliver hot and cold air, radiant floor heat, domestic hot water, snowmelt, and even heat swimming pools. Morrison has its own drilling and excavating equipment including a specially developed small drilling rig for any tight places. Morrison is one of a few contractors that can properly design, install and drill for a complete turnkey project.

"1. This system was installed over eight years ago. 2. It did not take several weeks to return with the repair parts. Parts arrived 1 week after ordering, the customer was called and due to scheduling was not available for 1.5 weeks. 3. The wire that was burnt was within a closed part of the system (the backup heat) - something that our installers do not touch during the installation process. 4. The extended warranty papers should have been provided by the previous homeowner. We had no idea the house had changed owners until the new owners called us. At that time we provided a copy of the warranty and the warranty time had expired for transfer of ownership. 5. The majority of the cost of the repair was for the microprocessor board that was installed, the homeowner was asked if they wanted it to be removed - it was their choice to keep the new part which they were then invoiced for."
"Our service technician diagnosed a bad compressor in this unit. We submitted a proposal for the compressor change out versus a new unit change out. This customer opted for another service company to change out his unit as stated."
