I signed up for their promotion price package of telephone service, internet and cable tv at the promotion price of $138.12 a month for one year. Received my new January 2016 bill and I am being charged $144.09 per month now. This is a bait and switch promotion. Called customer service and was told that the promotion only covered telephone and internet. I will be eliminating Blue Ridge Communications from a provider for my services. Very unhappy with their services!

Unfortunately You could only get CSN PHILY THRU CABLE AND SO WE WERE STUCK WITH THEM. AS soon as Satellite figures out how to stop them from monopolizing the market!!! I will be the first to leave!!!

I chose to use Blue Ridge Communications because they have DSL connection and they can offer high speed at my area. Also, their service is very good. They're very prompt and very reactive.
