About us
Kohlhepp Custom Counter Tops has been around since 1994. We are one of the oldest Granite and Natural Stone fabricators in Central Pennsylvania. We are proud to call Central Pennsylvania our home and grateful that we have the chance to be welcomed in our friends homes as well as local businesses in the area to help transform their kitchens, baths, bars and businesses into one of a kind spaces. All our fabrication is done in our Dubois, PA site and installed by our own professional installers. We use the latest technology and equipment for stone cutting and polishing with various CNC machines, a hand polishing center and a water jet table. We are the leaders in the granite and natural stone counter top sector. Our fabrication shop is over 9,200 sq ft that also houses our showroom and office. We are proud to be a 100% water recycling facility. We reuse all our water from our shop which helps minimize our carbon footprint. Although Kohlhepps installed the counter top and was the source of the tile for the back splash, that was installed by our great contractor Ralph Delarme.
They were very professional. The survey of the counter top area was fully automatic and the result was exact. They were very professional and gave us a very good recommendation on the preparation, as well. (I did the demolition work of the existing counter top myself.Installation was very smooth and the seam was perfectly finished.
I was very content with the price and their work. At that time, they also offered a sink which is very decent in quality.
I also need to mention the price which was very reasonable. We originally thought about solid-surface counter top but found out that some granites are cheaper. If you can stay away from those granites which are very very popular, you can find a very affordable and at the same time, high quality granite. Kohlhepp carried good numbers of choices that can fit in our budget. It was also worked very nicely for us.
