Al has serviced many of the appliances in my house, even though they were not originally purchased from him. He has always done a great job and gives very honest advice. He will try to fix, and is successful most of the time , so we don't have to purchase new appliances.

I called Al yesterday, 10-3-2013, (first time ever using him) and let him know what my fridge was doing. My Maytag fridge wasn't cooling but the freezer part was fine. We made an appointment for this morning, 10-4-2013, at 10 AM, he showed up at 9:55. He came in and immediately took his shoes off and proceeded to analyze my fridge. He found out that the coils had frozen up, which are in the freezer compartment, and then defrosted them. He reset the computer, cleaned all the parts he had taken off and put it all back together. He leveled the fridge perfectly and cleaned up after himself. All of this took about an hour and the bill was $58.30, I was expecting at least $100.00! He told me that with the "brown outs" we have had messes with the computer and doesn't let the defroster work properly. He took down all of the information for the computer in case the "brown outs" permanently damaged it. Al told me to watch it for the next 2-3 weeks and if it starts to act up again he will order a computer and come replace it. Al is a very respectful and an easy man to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs appliance repairs!

Arrived when they said they would. Did the scheduled work and when new appliances arrived they delivered, set them up and took old appliance away. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.
