They made pay the full price before installation. They forgot to order the fence/gate & parts. Then it took them 8 to 10 weeks to show up and put the gate/fence in. Now the gate is a full one inch out of whack and will not close. I've called and spoke with manager a dozen times......promises, promises, but NO-ONE every gets back to me or shows up.
