We wanted 9 regular and 1 special sized double pane window replaced along with taking 2 of the newer windows we were getting replaced and replaced in the garage. The new windows were in effort to save on heating costs since we went with triple pane. Jim's Glass was highly recommended from a co-worker and knowing the guy was picky himself, went with them.
Jim's Glass came out in November of 2010 gave us an estimate. When we placed the order he stated that installation would be determined by the weather.
When they did come, installation was very quick. This was mostly because, as they pointed out, the previous windows were not caulked or insulated.
It's been about a year and a half ago and the new windows are very easy to clean, work great and are still very beautiful.
