We never had a problem with monotonous service & my mom doesn?t need to be taken advantage of. She has been a customer for over 25 yrs and sorry it had to end like this.
we had received from other companies used the old lines). The only glitch in the project was the door for the new filter box which the installers told me required 2 sheet metal screws to keep it in place. After the installers had left I realized the door
had 2 ?hinge tabs? which must slip inside one side of the frame to fit properly, (without additional screws) which is why the quality score was a 'B'. Overall we are very happy with the new system and have seen about a 30% reduction in our electric bills and I'm impressed with how the heat pump is still putting out heat with the temperature in the single digits. The thermostat is full of features and very configurable and includes real time weather forecast and outside temperature and is capable of being controlled and monitored remotely via smart phone or computer. The new system operates much better than the old one with the wood stove that we use in the cold weather. There was an additional $1200 rebate from PPL that further reduced the price (as well as a $675 Bryant rebate and $725 Angies List rebate that are included in the 'Approximate cost of service').
