Took my Saturn to Qyst for annual inspection. Failed inspection due to non-working turn signal. That mechanic diagnosed (misdiagnosed, actually) and wanted to charge me $750.00 - $800.00 to fix. That mechanic also wanted me to bring the car back in to make sure he diagnosed properly before ordering the part. I had a bad feeling and took it to Todd's, mainly on a whim, but also because I pass the shop every day. Also, a while back, my wife once got into a fender bender...she pulled into his parking lot and he came out and was very nice...so I always kept him in mind.
Todd's diagnosed properly, explained everything - including why the other mechanic's diagnosis was incorrect. He took the time (without charging me anything) to take out and switch the turn signals, so that he KNEW that his diagnosis was correct before doing the work. He ordered the part and had it within a day or two, showed it to me, and explained everything. He even offered to give me a lift home if I needed it (which I declined).
Entire thing cost me $150.00ish, and was painless due to the fact that Todd and his staff are courteous and thorough in every regard.
I plan to always bring my car to him for future jobs.

Folks were already at the shop when I arrived. It's a great experience, like it always is. Todd and his team worked on my last car for seven or eight years, and I am bringing my new one there now. They know you by name and are always super pleasant to deal with. It's always done when they say it will be done. When they fix something, they show you the parts they take out and explain what they fixed. (They always call and review the estimate before any work is done.) I recommend them to everyone I know who lives in the area and won't let anyone else work on my car. I moved a distance away and still drive back for them to take care of it.
My oil change today was uneventful since the car is so new, it was nice to visit in the shop while I was waiting. I'll be taking it back after the next few thousand miles.

The mechanic is extremely thorough. He will show you every piece of equipment he took out and explains to you why they needed to be replaced even if you're not interested in knowing. He would walk you into the shop, he's very trustworthy. We go there a lot because we have cars that are very old. We absolutely trust them.
