Very smoothly - Mike was punctual for all appointments and keep me informed daily while work underway. His crew was courteous, punctual, and worked steadily with minimal mess and cleaned up every evening. All work was done as delineated in the estimate and he even moved the larger furniture for me, including returning the day after work was complete to replace the furniture.

It took a couple of calls to obtain a return phone call. We scheduled for 7:00 this evening. At 7:15 I called to inquire about the status of their arrival; left a voice mail. As of 7:44 PM, they haven't arrived.

5/26/14 update: We never received a phone call from the company letting us know why they were a no-show or to reschedule (which we wouldn't have).
