PRECISION PLUS

We woke up on Monday after the Blizzard of 2016 to find that there was no heat in the house. We have a gas-fired boiler that dates to the late 1940s or early 1950s. My husband tried the usual tricks to coax it into working with no luck. We called Precision Plus before 9 a.m. and the phone was answered right away. We were told they could get to us between 5-7 that evening but would call if they could get to us sooner. At 10:30 a.m we got a call that Derrick was on his way. By 11:30, our heater was cranking away. This isn't the first time that Precision has come out in a snowstorm for us -- and boy to we appreciate it. Work is always done well, at a fair price. We have had them working on our house since about 2003. Rates have always been reasonable, very responsive and very professional.

Derrick came to my property after we were experiencing a strong sewer smell coming inside the house. He was on time, polite and helped me understand what was going on. He gave us the option to run a camera down the line, which we did. We were told we had a crack in the pipe which is causing the smell. We are going to get the work completed through the company this week. I highly recommend.
