Description of Work: He painted the entire inside of the house. They remodeled our kitchen and did a lot of repair work. They started in May of this year and finished in July. They refinished all of the floors. They replaced the waste stack from one of the bathrooms. He added crown molding in three rooms. He repaired all of the damage from installing a new HVAC. He didn’t install the unit, but did all of the clean up after it was installed. He added a new chair rail in the dining room. He did repair work due to damage from the leaking waste stack. He moved an access panel for a shower that was in the wrong location. He painted all cabinets and installed new hardware. He repaired a lazy Susan. He repaired the drop ceiling in the kitchen and replaced it with sheet rock. He did various plaster wall repairs. We did some demo on some of the projects, but he finished everything. He also installed a new gas line for gas range. He also repaired new water valves in basement for the kitchen. He also installed new vinyl flooring in the kitchen. He demo'ed a closet and replaced with new sheet rock. He built a separation between the refrigerator and range. He added a piece to the mantle over the fireplace to make it bigger.
