He was very hard working and takes a lot of pride in his work. He was able to identify the leaking waste stack before he even took down the wall. He carefully removed a piece of trim to show me it was wet. He sent me pictures of the damage due to the leaking stack. Occasionally they would run into problems while painting due to previous paint on the ceilings. They were able to make the necessary changes to make sure the new paint would stick without adding to the cost. He does really nice, clean work. I am pleased with how everything came out. He would even make small repairs, like fixing a running toilet, as he came across them at no additional charge.
