My experience with John is that he gives me a price for the job.. and that's the price. There's no clock-watching, and anything that needs to be done, gets done in a highly professional way.
By the time the job finished, my tenant had already vacated the property, and when the new tenant moved in, the first thing they noticed was the beautiful job that John and his team had delivered. My property is an old home, but everything was new again, and a property I'm very proud of, because of John Gregory and his accomplished staff.
I've never called him on his office phone, just his cell, and all I need do is tell him it's an EMERGENCY, and he's there when promised. Because I'm in a duplex, it's important to contain leaks as quickly as possible before they seep down to my level, and that was exactly the situation when I called out for help.
What I most like about John is that he gives me a price for a completed job, as opposed to a TIME CHARGE. I find this way of doing business less stressful than watching a clock.
John arrived when promised, surveyed the situation, turned off the water and got to work immediately. I'm always impressed by John's respect for my property, because when he leaves a site, he leaves it the way he finds it... or BETTER. I didn't have to clean-up behind him, and he took the old parts away so I didn't need to deal with the mess. He reminded me that all work is guarenteed, and if a problem arose with either installation, he was to be called immediately so he could handle any issue, should it occur.
In all candor, I've had contractor problems in the past when people were not their word, and John has the most integrity of any contractor I've ever worked with.
