EAGLE ENERSAVE

Gary O'Connor is the owner and is very personable and knowledgeable. We had previously purchased a vacuum cleaner from him and our original ceiling fan ( over 20 years old). Our original, 20 + year old fan was damaged during some cleaning and one of the blade brackets cracked. Because the fan is so old we were not able to find a replacement bracket that fit correctly and had to buy a new fan. Had it not been for the broken blade bracket, we would still be using the old fan since the motor and remote still worked great. We stopped in Gary's store and explained what we were looking for. He asked all the pertinent questions such as the ceiling height, what features were important to us, etc. and showed us the functionality and size of several types of fans. We selected a fan that was in our price range along with a remote and had what we wanted. Gary explained all the ins and outs of the particular blades we were getting. He can also vouch for several electricians if you need an installer, Fortunately, the electrician we were planning to use was known to him and he highly recommended him. Since we had our old fan for over 20 years before we broke a blade bracket, I fee very confident in the quality of product he sells. The fans may be pricier than Home Depot or Loews but you get a product that lasts the test of time and a real knowledgeable person who backs up his products. Our electrician said he refers customers to Eagle/Enersave because  the products are good, durable and problem free unlike some of the big box stores.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, AND WAS WILLING TO PROVIDE FLEXIBILITY IN DELIVERING THE SPECIFIC UNIT AND ATTACHMENTS I REQUIRED.
