E & M Property Services LLC

We initially hired E & M Property Services LLC in the middle of February to do some work on our home. Since this day he constantly made excuses on why he couldn't come and the cost always seemed to change. In February he installed one heating system, then in June he finally installed the two air conditioning units and started working on the duct work. When he finished with the duct work, we realized that he hadn't installed any insulation. My husband and I approached him about this and he told us that he would have to charge us extra for that. Instead of dealing with him again, we went ahead and hired someone else to put in the insulation and fix the illegal vents he put in. Shortly after this, we realized that the air conditioning unit upstairs, he installed back in June, hadn't been working. He came back multiple times to "fix" the upstairs air conditioning unit. Finally, in August he finally fixed this unit and after six months all of the work was completed. Ernest is the guy that did all of this work for us. He's a liar, tells you a different story every time, and procrastinates. I will never use E & M Property Services LLC again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The price was a bit expensive. They are not cheap, but they seem to figure out what's wrong with things and how to get it fixed. They try to figure out the best way to do the work. They are not cheap, but they know what they are doing.

.All work went well. Ernest approaches issues thoughtfully and does the work sensibly, regardless of the type of job. Partner Kate has a good eye and hand for finish work. Prices are reasonable but not cheap.
