Sean called and said he could come over the next day for an estimate. He showed up on time and reviewed the existing stucco job and the plans for the new construction. He was knowledgable and polite. The paper estimate arrived by email in two days and was extremely reasonable considering the size and scope of the project. We have made plans to view his work in the neighborhood and look at color samples. Overall a refreshing experience to date. 12/19/20 - Sean stopped over with a list of references and jobs we could drive around and view. Took a nice Sunday drive to see his work. Very impressive. Talk to one home owner who was very happy. Plan to call the others this week. 12/22/10 - Called Sean to tell him he has the job. Since he can't work in the cold weather, we will start in the spring.

After getting two significantly higher bids on the project, I met Sean, who gave me an excellent price and some references. After checking him out, I accepted his offer. Sean and his crew started the job soon afterwards in December, working on the few days when the weather cooperated. They were professional in all aspects of the project and timely in completing it.
