Only concern is that the job was not very large and it seemed it was being squeezed in between other jobs. Mr. Bini was often running between the sites.
Would recommend them.
The job was slow and unfortunately had many things go wrong with it. The estimated time was one week to removed and retile the floor and tub tile. The removal took longer than expected as did the rest of the job. Removal was slow with the crew he provided and he had to make many visits to ensure work was being completed. Once the tile was removed Matt and Josh worked together spending twice the estimated time to install the tile. The tile around the tub although was carefully installed, unfortunately was not aesthetically pleasing to the eye because the top and bottom rows were/are not equal in size. The tile at the entrance of the bathroom is not the same size. One in particular is 1/2 inch shorter creating a larger grout area in comparison the neighboring tile pieces. We had specified a white grout to be used because the tile was white marble. The grout he and his crew used was off white/grayish which made it look "dirty". They removed the grout, noThey started tiling from the middle of the wall rather than from either the top or the bottom. Matt had trouble installing the floor tile and ran into the same problem. At the very end of the project Matt screwed in the vent cover and unfortunately he punctured a water pipe which resulted in our basement flooding as well as the main floor. It took him another 2.5 weeks to fix this disaster and communication was not smooth. We have an uneven ceiling as well as yellowing drywall seams in our family room from his work. Although, bad luck, he took full responsibility for the mishap which extend the "construction" time far beyond what we had planned.
Matt is a very nice man and though forth coming with good intentions. We felt the work completed was not up to par and as they say "you get what you pay for". We certainly did.
All of his work was exceptional and am now receiving compliments on the new floorl
have nothing negative to say about his work or his behavior he was a gentleman at all times and went the extra mile for the entire job. I very much appreciate the work that he has done
