Appliance Difference

We explained what we were looking for, and they directed us to the ideal product.  They had a great price, but I happened to find a huge sale at a nearby mega-store.  The huge sale was only $30 less, and Appliance Difference advertises that their prices won't be beat.  It was late at night, and the last day of the mega-store's sale.  I trusted that Appliance Difference would meet the price in the a.m., and they did.  Removal and installation went on right as scheduled, prompt, fast, and neat.  The GE set was great, but after a week, the igniter went on the dryer.  No big deal, stuff happens, but GE service was horrible.  Took them 11 days just to get out the first time (the service guy had to take some time off, and I guess they don't have too many of them).  When he did make it out, he didn't have the igniter in stock.  Another week, he said.  I called Appliance Difference.  I couldn't even finish my sentence and they said they would call GE and take care of it.  Got a call back later in they day, and they said they would come out and bring me a brand new dryer.  Set up a new date in a couple of days, and everything went smooth again.  GE service was terrible, but Appliance Difference was great.  Personal, caring service.  That's why I didn't want to buy from a big chain to begin with.  I will definitely use Appliance Difference again!

Excellent experience dealing with Bob Gladstone at Appliance Difference. He was personable, knowledgeable and listened to what we did and did not want in a new Washer and Dryer for our home and showed us several models. We discussed the various features and performance of the models and settled on one that seemed right for our needs. The delivery time window was very reasonable and the delivery went off without a hitch. The delivery team arrived right on time, installed the new hoses and machines and carted away the old ones - it was flawless. Would highly recommend this provider.

They do a really nice job. Their prices were competitive.

They are good. It's not one of the big places, but it's a little small place. They are very nice. Their price is very competitive. I would use them in the future too.

The installers arrived promptly (after having to reschedule do to weather conditions the previous week). There was some minor damage to the refrigerator when the wind blew the doors open and were slightly dented. The installers immediately handled the situation and the salesperson called immediately to arrange a replacement- no questions asked. My only criticism is that they didn't take the packaging away and it ended up all over the neighborhood due to high winds.

Purchased new diswasher and scheduled installation of new dishwasher. Excellent prompt service. Acted very professionally from purchase to installation of new diswasher. We would recommend this company to anyone seeking to purchase and/or install a major appliance. We have purchased other major appliances from this company and would not hesitate to purchase another appliance, should it become necessary.
