Roofing can get to be pretty expensive. I do not know exactly what he charged me, but, it was so cheap it was almost frightening. I would definitely give him and A++. He is a really good guy and he is very quick and honest. He does all kinds of roofing and we have been using him forever.

NEW ROOF WAS INSTALLED AUGUST 1998. CALLED WILLIAM & ROBERT ROCK WITH REPORT OF LEAKING 12/01/01. LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH MINIMAL RESPONSE. LEAKS CONTINUED. WILLIAM CAME OUT AND REPORTED THAT THEY SEALED AROUND THE SKY LIGHT AND CHECKED THE FLASHING. LEAKS CONTINUE. IT IS NOW 11/2004 AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING WITH NO RESPONSE. HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. I HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE, EXCEPT TO CONTACT A LAWYER. I NOW HAVE BUCKETS CATCHING THE WATER THAT IS DRIPPING FROM THE LEAKS IN MY SKYLIGHT AND ALSO THE LARGE LEAK IN MY SPARE BEDROOM CLOSET. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. ALSO, A COSTLY EXPERIENCE. THIS ROOFER WAS CONTRACTED BY THE REALTOR SELLING THE HOUSE, AS THE NEW ROOF (WITH NO LEAKS) WAS CONTINGENT UPON ME BUYING THE HOUSE).
