Once I signed a contract with them and sent in a $1,000 deposit no one would return my phone calls. I eventually received a text message from the estimator, John Winn, stating that they had decided to cancel the job and would be returning my deposit. I have attempted to contact the owners and John Winn, however, to no avail. No return of my $1,000 deposit to date and no explanation for breaching a valid binding contract.

"Hi Frank - sorry you were not happy with your experience. I just reviewed your concerns with the team and it looks like we provided a quote on Sept 7th which you signed on the 14th and we deposited your check on the 20th. Then on the 24th, you left a voicemail saying we should return your deposit. So we canceled the job and your refund is on its way back to you in the mail. Sorry, we could not be of more service to you."

Five Star is truly "5 star." I hired 5 star to paint my entire house (3 floors, walls/ceilings, closets, all woodwork). They did an excellent job and didn't take any shortcuts. Very professional - my home looks amazing. They had a team of 4-5 guys and supervisor onsite for 4 days from 8:30 - 5 or 6pm. Cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

This company is incredible! We are thrilled with the finished work. We had three rooms, a stairwell, and a hallway walls repainted along with all the ceilings. All blemishes (and there were numerous ones) were meticulously corrected. There was no dust from sanding done. In fact there were no messes at all! I highly recommend this company! Customer service (namely Jim) was extraordinary! There was never a question unanswered. Hire this company!

The workers were very organized and worked in unison. I asked the supervisor who was working along with the group to do a small repair that I desperately needed and he went the extra mile to take care of it. I was very happy with their work and immediately passed their name along to others in my development who may need them in the future. I will definitely use them again for any home projects. I highly recommend this company.

Five Star Painting was great to work with. They made everything easy from estimating (including a reasonable price), planning, all the way through execution. We had issues with other companies just getting estimates and reasonable prices. The end result looks great; definitely recommend Five Star for painting projects.

Five Star contacted me right away for an estimate for my painting job. Their price fell right with what I thought. They used high quality paint and sent two painters out to do the job and they were done in a day. Scheduling the job, was a little tricky but worked out in the end. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for painters.

We were in a hurry to get the painting complete so we could put our house on the market. The team was patient with me while I waited for one other estimate, and was able to squeeze me in right away. The painters finished the job in one day, 1.5 days ahead of schedule. The team worked very hard, cleaned up when they were finished. I really appreciated the work ethic and willingness to get us in quickly.

They are what they present. Right from the quote to the finish. I had exterior stucco painted and exterior trim work. My painter Abdullah was extremely meticulous in his work, and had pride in his final product. It was his character not just his job. Brian, Tracy, Michelle, all professionals. I would not hesitate to refer or rehire. I'm so very pleased and grateful.

After getting a number of estimates from larger and smaller companies, we selected Five Star. From the sales rep, to the project coordinator to the guys on the paint crew everyone was professional and the work quality was great. They came when they said they would come and finished on schedule. Two minor issues found during our final walk through were fixed quickly and without debate. We strongly recommend them.
