Pest Control
Mr. Butler came to our house at our request because we wondered if we had termites. He very honestly said we did not, and told us (for nothing) how to deal with the problem we did have. I thought that was very honest of him!

Mr Butler was punctual, professional, and very proactive in his inspection, investigating & crawling around nearly every inch of the place. I got so much more than my money's worth; the man provided invaluable information on the structural integrity of the house... even giving me helpful tips about plumbing, wiring, etc. He was unbelievably knowledgeable... and willing to share that knowledge, not only with me... but with my realtor! I wish all service providers were as helpful as Mr. Butler was to me!
