Thompson ended up quoting me almost $1300 worth of work, which I agreed to. Notes said left front caliper siezed and front axels had torn boots with little grease. Place seemed very well run, like clockwork. I pickup car on July 6, 2017 and it's still making noise. I call back, leave message, no response. I call back again 2 days later and they took car back to review. They take it again free of charge on 7/17/17 and tech supposedly found pad slap on left front brake pads due to lack of lubrication. They removed pads, lubricated and re-installed and noise was gone. I picked up car and I noticed noise again by next morning. They took it back yet again on 7/25/17, they said left front rotor out of round resurfaced at no charge. NOISE is still there if not louder. I think it's actually coming from the right side. They called to ask if I was satisfied, I advised the issue the vehicle was originally brought in for is still there after spending almost $1300 and 3 visits. I will just take it to someone else at this point.

We purchased a used vehicle from them for our daughter. The price was reasonable. It was a new car purchase so I don’t believe there was any work done at the time. They explained everything, excellent condition. Our sales person, Bobby, was very professional, excellent, took time with my daughter because she was a first-time car buyer and he really made her feel comfortable. He made us feel comfortable with the purchase.

Fantastic! Dallas Swoden is excellent! Been dealing with him for years. He is patient, and listens to you and also does follow up.

I hit a big pot hole so I took it in to make sure everything was okay. They got me in right away. They did a lot of tests on it and everything was okay. They were very professional and very quick.

I will continue to use them.

It is just a new car, so, I took it just for check-up.

They are excellent. They do a lot of makes. They are the most honest, most helpful auto people I have ever come across.

They are honest, caring and they listen to you. They don't do sales and they tell you what you want to know. Their follow-up is excellent and even if you walk up to the person that does the service with just quick thing, they will fix it. they do everything fast and as quickly as they can with a great and very caring attitude. Because of their great service, I am going to buy Toyota. I am serious, it's because of their excellent service and people there. Your car will run beautifully. They are just superb about everything.

Service was done well, on time and the transaction was handled professionally.
Was not particularly happy with sales. Had leased the van, which we loved. Was treated unprofessionally at end of lease term. Went back only because we wanted a Matrix, but not because of how the previous sale/lease had turned out. Since it was a few years ago, the sales staff may have changed by now.
Typically got all the service work done on our Toyotas at Thompson. Was happy with the work but it was pricey. Changed to a local garage when I got a quote for work that was several hundred dollars cheaper.

This time I made an appointment and they got me in and out as scheduled. I only had to wait for about 30 minutes. The services completed were just fine - especially because I did not have to pay for them. I have a 2-year service contract for my car that means the services are free at the dealer. I would not usually bring my car to a dealer to get regular service or repairs. But that would go for any dealer - not just this dealer. I used to go to Conicelli Toyota where I leased my car. But I found that their service department kept me waiting and was not as convenient as Thompson. So I switched dealers for my service.

I give them the highest rating for my overall experience. I would use them again in the future!

They recommend services to me but do not pressurize me to use them. They diagnose my car and are very gracious even if I tell them that I want to compare them to other prices. They are always willing to help even if I can the parts by myself. Their pricing is a little high but they seem to be pretty good with not trying to take all my money since they know my business. Since I am one of their long term customers I have a rapport with them. I never had any problems with them and even if I do, they stand by their work and fix it right away without any extra cost.
