 + -1 moreIt was a difficult design challenge and there were so many details to work out. Mr. Thompson was professional and gave us wonderful ideas (and drawings). It was all thought out to the last detail. Considering the nightmare stories we have heard about adding a kitchen, ours worked out great.

 + -1 moreMy husband said he could visualize the plans for our addition before we started but I couldn't. We were both impressed with the 3D model of the designs Steve presented to us. We made changes to what we thought we wanted before and he came up with ideas we never would have thought of. I am glad we took the time to study his designs. Having the builder to price the job out before Steve started the blueprints for construction made us feel comfortable we would be getting what we paid for.
Description of Work: We added over our second floor of our home including a large master bedroom, master bath with jacuzzi and steam shower, walk in closets, dressing area, a laundry room and storage. We also added a covered porch out back while we were doing all this. Steve introduced us to a builder who was amazing. We ended up hiring him on a cost plus basis. He showed us receipts for all the materials and he and Steve communicated with us during the entire job. Whenever there was an issue Steve worked with the builder to resolve it quickly. It turned out just beautiful.
