"Wish we could have done better on the price. However, tile repair takes time. We need to drain the water level, grind down old thin set and reset old tile, wait, then grout, then sponge 3x. "We apologize for the miscommunication . In your pool deck, there are 18" paver tubes that hold the cover on. Four of them were stuck and would not go down. As a safety concern, we pulled the tubes. Someone can either trip or slice their foot. You contacted us over that weekend about your concern and we explained what parts were needed. We had you scheduled for Tuesday to replace all four tubes. When we contacted you Monday to set up a time, you stated you purchased new paver tubes on your own and no longer needed a service call. We are not sure of the other ratings, we showed up on the scheduled day and time. Homeowner was present and spoke to the technician directly, check was written at the time of service."
