Lawn Depot Turf Management

Have used for many years and would recommend to anyone.

I think they do a good job. They can only do so much when there's no rain. I have a few weeds that are showing up on my lawn and I have to call them. That shows that they missed a spot or two when they were weeding.

They came in the early spring and they will come sometime this month. They are good and I don't have any complaints. They have all kinds of plans. I've gone in their store and bought things there. They are very up front and very knowledgeable. I happen to like them and I've never had a problem. They work with me on the price.

We get six treatments throughout the course of the year and we pay up front for the entire year and they offer a prepay discount. They're very attentive to any concerns that we have, so we always point things out if we have a concern or ask them to treat really stubborn areas harder. They're easy to work with and they handle everything that we ask them to do. They're dependable and they always call in advance, so you know when they're coming. They try to offer incentives to their customer like the prepay discount. They also have a retail component that they sell flowers, plants, and vegetables and if you are a customer and you spent a certain amount, you get certain percentage discounts off of anything that you buy there.

They're very good. When I use other services my lawn looked worse than they started. I couldn't afford to do the landscaping so I just wanted to have the grass in good shape. They were referred by a friend of mine. a lot of people in the neighborhood were using them at that time. I called them up and had them come out. Within a two weeks, or not even, maybe after the first or second session they said I have grubs in my lawn. The other companies never told me anything, acknowledge that I had grubs, or what my problem was. They're really a good company. I really like them. Everybody's grass around here is brown. They're starting to look a little bit green. My whole lawn is almost green. I signed up for the whole season this year. The guy said my lawn is going to even out more. I thought that I don't know what he was talking about and now I see, my lawn is getting greener and greener. I do like them. What stood out to me is that they knew my problem. The guy looked at my lawn, picked up the grass and said we have grubs. They're very knowledgeable on the lawn. The other companies just came out, just treated my lawn and really didn't get into agriculture that way. They're just servicing to come out and give you their lies, something to kill your weeds and stuffs like that. When Lawn Depot came out they analyze your lawn. Whoever they send out, they know they are knowledgeable. When my husband wanted to see if they do landscaping they said they only concentrate on the turf, they don't do anything else. For the price they are not overboard. They give you a discount. They even give you enough time in advance to pay it. They just don't send it out in two weeks and say this is what you got to pay. If you can't afford to pay it all at once, they work with you. They working out and do the job and bare you. If you can't pay it all at once they put you on a schedule to pay it. I really like them.

They do a good job and they call ahead so that our kids don't play in the yard.

They did seeding work for us during the first fall. Our lawn was a mess to begin with and looked great after the seeding work was performed. Though the results were enough to satisfy our expectations, the lawn depot came out to touch up the thinner areas without us even asking.
We had a lot of questions because the seeding was expensive. They really took time to patiently explain the steps of the process and expectations. We always get the same technician and he is very courteous, professional, and polite. Would recommend to anyone.

Does an excellent job every year

They have great customer service and do a nice job. My lawn is kept neat and clean.

They do an excellent job! If you use their service, they give you a discount on the products at their store. The quality of the work is great. If you are not satisfied with them, they come back and fix the job to your liking. I would highly recommend them.

We have used them for about 6-7 years now. We buy the service for the year. We love their services very much. They always call us ahead of time because we have dogs, so we can keep our dogs inside. They promise to do whatever we expect them to do. They always shut the gates so that the dogs don't get out, which is always very important to us. So, they are very courteous that way.

Wonderful, every year that's why we haven't changed company in four plus years.

I have been very happy with them. They let me know when they are coming. They always keep their schedule. Their technicians are very friendly. They will stop and chat if I happen to be outside. They will explain what they are doing and see if I have any particular issues.

You can not find a better company to do this work anywhere else. They are so knowledgeable. Their staff is professional and well trained. They apply the correct application at the appropriate time. I had signed up for a special application for nutsege weed. Their inspection found that the weed was not as prevalent as before so they voluntarily issued me a credit on the contract I had paid for. They send out regular newsletter on lawn and yard care. They are one of the best companies I know of. Five other neighbors on my block now us them as a result of what they have done for my lawn and they are highly satisfied.

GREAT SERVICE!! ALSO HAD THEM PROVIDE US WITH MULCH. BECAUSE WE ARE A CUSTOMER, THE PRICE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED.

LAWN DEPOT PROVIDES US WITH YEAR-LONG LAWN SERVICE. THEY COME PERIODICALLY TO SPRAY FOR WEEDS. THEY ALSO FERTILIZE. OUR LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER.

SINCE THEY DO OUR YEARLY FERTILIZATION APPLICATIONS, I ONLY CALLED THEM TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH OUR LAWN. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND NICE TO WORK WITH.

PURCHASED FLOWERS AND GARDEN SUPPLIES. VERY NICE SELECTION. FLOWERS STILL LOOK GREAT.
