The 400 sq ft flat roofed addition and carport on our 1958 rancher developed multiple hidden roof leaks and we were plagued with mold and mildew. Dave and his crew did a wonderful job of demo and reconstruction of a new peaked roof addition and carport per our extensive building plans. Dave was easy to contact via phone or email whenever questions arose. He provided us with a detailed monthly construction schedule and we had weekly meetings to discuss their progress. He was very good at trouble-shooting whenever a construction problem developed and was very patient with our concerns and requests. His right-hand man, Eli is a top-notch carpenter and each of his crew was very professional and friendly. The sub-contractors he used for roofing, electrical, plumbing, and excavation were respectful of our property and did a nice job. Dave will let you know up front if there is something he cannot do and is very fair with his pricing. We highly recommend this company.
