Keep It Green Tree & Landscape

The company removed trees by cutting them at the bottom and pulling them down with several trucks. They damaged the yard and several parts of our fence. They also asked my wife for our credit card # to pay for the services. She stated she needed to inspect first, but they said we could withhold payment for the stump grinding if there was a problem so she gave them the #. Then they charged us for both and never came back to fix the damage, even though we contacted them on several occasions. I would never use them again. They have since changed their name.

They never showed on first date and on reschedule went to wrong house.

Joe stopped by home to see if we needed any work done. He said the company was in the neighborhood doing another job and they were offering a 10% discount to others in the neighborhood. My husband showed him two trees that we wanted to take down. After discussing the job my husband decided on 3 trees total to be removed ( a large, medium, and small tree). Joe quoted $600 for the removal and haul away of wood. The stumps would remain. We were very happy with the price and my husband signed the contract. Joe was very nice- professional and not at all pushy. We explained that we were not in a hurry and Joe said they would be in contact in a few days. A few days later they came out to do the work. The crew showed up and began setting up their equipment, ropes, etc. Joe then knocked on the door and asked my husband to come out. At this point, a man named Sam told my husband the job would cost $1000. Sam apparently is the owner of the company although Joe's business card also lists that he is the owner. Sam was very rude and said there was no way it was a $600 job and if we wanted it done it would be a $1000. He did not care at all that Joe had quoted my husband a different price or that there was a signed contract. My husband promptly told them to leave. Joe came back to apologize. He was a very nice guy however Sam was not. If you use this company please be aware they may not honor quotes and/or contracts.

On the appointed day 5 trucks and 7 workers arrived. One of the men had me go around and again describe what I wanted done. The crew set to work and did EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED ACCOMPLISHED. The men cleaned up every bit of debris and left our trees and lawn spotless. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Justin responded to my inquiry for an estimate very quickly. Once we were finally able to coordinate a meeting he was punctual and professional. His estimate was fair and he was able to come out to do the work the following week. He called the night before to remind me that they would be coming. The crew arrived early and got to work. They were quiet and attentive to their work. By end of day the job was done as specified and they left everything neat and clean. I was very pleased with their service and excellent work. I highly recommend this company!
