It went really well, and we are thrilled with the finished product. We removed the hardware but John did all the difficult stuff, like dismantling the cabinet doors and numbering them so that he could put them back correctly. He made sure to move only what he needed to and covered anything that could possibly get dirty. John arrived on time early in the morning and barely stopped for lunch or dinner so that he could maximize his time on the job. He spent a good amount of time with us on helping to choose colors and finishes; this was important to me because we never felt rushed and always good professional guidance and opinions. We even had unexpected family stay with us for his last day on the job and John didn't even blink; he was so friendly and kept on working to finish things up. Can't recommend him strongly enough.

John Wolf works alone. He first came to my apartment to discuss the project. His experience and skill were immediately apparent which made it easy for me to trust his recommendations. We agreed on a start date after the holidays and work began on time. John worked without breaks except a light lunch he brought from home. He began in the bedroom hall to to get a look we could go with or modify; we agreed on lightening the glaze. The process repeated when the second base color was applied. John stayed late on his final night to achieve the subtle effect I wanted. He was careful of my new furniture which he replaced at completion. He cleaned up after himself every night. I was rewarded with a finished product I love that receive great praise from visitors. More than that was the reward of getting to know John Wolf. He is sincere, funny, articulate; utterly charming. I couldn't recommend anyone more.

JOHN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. HE OFFERED EXPERT ADVICE AND WORKED WITH ME TO DECIDE WHAT TYPE OF DESIGN FINISH I WANTED FOR MY ROOM. I ALSO USED JOHN'S SERVICES TO PAINT A CARTOON MURAL IN A CHILD'S BEDROOM. I HAVE SEEN HIS WORK IN VARIOUS SAMPLE HOMES. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND CAN BE LEFT TO WORK ALONE IN YOUR HOME. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
