Jim provided us with a comprehensive quote that we ended up choosing out of 3 we reviewed . We felt very comfortable with Jim and felt his quote was very clearly laid out and much to his credit delivered exactly as promised. He hit his deadlines all the way through the project even with multiple changes we gave him. I have to admit, I was surprised that he finished the project exactly when he said he would as most contractors rarely hit dates initially stated in my experience. His crew is top notch, excellent craftsman and good people. Great suggestions through out the process, many which we implemented including an incredible custom made bar, columns, brick wall that is the focal point of our basement. Work area was kept very neat, and these guys are not afraid to work, many times asking if they could work on the weekends even after a full weeks work. Jim was excellent at getting back to us timely when we had questions.. Give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed.

Jim and I have worked on home projects for 15 years. His team does great work, are on time, are skilled, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Pricing is reasonable and Jim oversees all work. And if there is a delay for any reason, Jim lets you know!

He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even during last minute changes to the plan or schedule. His crew is professional and friendly and offers valuable suggestions based on their experience that turned out to be quite helpful. We were very pleased with how the job turned out and would not hesitate to recommend him. In fact, when we had a flood in our basement (no fault of Mr. Forliano!) a year after the work was done, we hied him again to re-do the work and make it just like the original design. They did a great job. They were a pleasure to work with and they did exactly the job we asked for.

The basement remodel was done within the time frame we requested, at a fair price, and my husband and I both felt very confident throughout the process that we couldn't have hired a better contractor for the job. In addition, the inevitable mid-project changes and requests were always met with a 'no problem, we can certainly do that for you' attitude and a smile. The estimates even for these 11th hour additions were always fair and reasonable. I felt all of the people working on the job were trustworthy, hardworking, and very talented. The custom woodwork throughout the basement definitely exceeded our expectations. As a certified home stager, I would highly recommend Jim over anyone else in the business.

He is very clean and really an AAA experience. He is trustworthy and great. We got to know a lot of the contractors and liked them very much. His prices were very fair.
