In 2008, Sparks came out as scheduled for the price given on the phone. In 2009, Sparks came out as scheduled for the price given on the phone. In 2010, Sparks did not come out as scheduled. When we called back, we were told they would come out "the next day" but it would cost extra! We said No Thank You and proceeded to look elsewhere. The next day someone from Sparks called and asked why we cancelled. We told him we didn't and explained that it appeared that someone from Sparks thought they could extort money from us by withholding our order. The man on the phone (Jeff Sparks???) said he would make good on the deal but we had already found another company.

DELIVERY OF TOPSOIL WAS ON TIME AND DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. TOPSOIL WAS GOOD QUALITY, NO ROCKS, AND NO ROOTS.
