House Butler, LLC

I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how impressed I was with
Don Schilling of House Butler.  I chose Don because of his personal
demeanor and his use of the roof shampoo product.  I was not disappointed on either
score.  He cleaned my roof last week and the difference was
dramatic.  The job took longer than he had estimated but Don kept working
until the entire roof was done to his exacting standards.  
 I would not hesitate to recommend Don and plan to use him in the future.

Don came recommended to me by my father. Don takes care of the floors where my father is employed. Don came out, gave me an estimate and we hired him for the job. We had just moved in and had hired a cleaning service who did not do a very good job at all with cleaning the floors. So, when Don explained everything he would do to clean and disinfect, we were very much for it. The previous owners had many animals living in the home, and when Don was finished, the majority of the evidence of these pets was gone. The hardwoods were steamed and polished, and the kitchen tiled floor was spotless. As a matter of fact, Don spent many hours on his hands and knees making sure the nooks and crannies of the tile were perfectly clean. He also cleaned and sealed my slate floor in my laundry room, which looks amazing. This all took place over about 2-3 days. There was one instance when Don didn't show up at the time he was supposed to, but it really came down to being a miscommunication. I wasn't too upset about it because he is an extremely hardworker and takes such pride in what he does. I will definitely be calling Don again for this service in the future.
