Our teams use non-toxic, earth-friendly cleaning products that are safer for your family and pets and give you some eco peace of mind. Since 2003, we’ve been cleaning homes ranging from condos to single family homes upwards of 6,000 square feet. We are a local, family owned business and have won Best of Bucks 9 years in a row. "Uh, oh. Looks like we have a bit of a misunderstanding. Harmony Clean did not clean this home on October 11th. The last time we cleaned the home was in May of 2011. So why the bad report now? True, this person did call us to resume our service (coincidentally on October 11th), however, we politely declined. See, back in May, things were not going too well despite our best efforts. We aim to please, but sometimes our service is just not a good fit for every home. So in the spirit of doing the right thing - we provided a 100% free top-to-bottom clean and then parted ways. Being loyal to our staff is of utmost importance to us. After all, house cleaning is no easy chore. Sending them to a home where they have no chance of excelling makes no sense for anyone. So instead, we politely provided two alternative resources to resolve his cleaning needs. We pride ourselves on open communication and responsiveness. If Team A isn’t a good fit, we try Team B. Still not perfect? Our Quality Assurance Manager comes out and investigates any issues. Our Smiles Guaranteed policy has won us #1 in house cleaning in Best of Bucks as voted by customers and the local community SIX years. Thanks for your vote of confidence!"
