 + -1 moreHorrible, I've called service about an issue with my jeep several times and I haven't received a phone call back. In addition, trying to get a scheduled appointment takes over a week and their less than professional and accommodating. I've purchased two cars now from Fred Beans and I will never buy from them again.
Description of Work: Failure to return phone calls, can't get through to service in a reasonable time, failure to show professionalism on the phone. They have a direct service number on their website, then you have to choose two different options to get to the service yet you still go to their main office line. Assuming they aren't on another call or dealing with another individual you might get through. They obviously need more than one person in service answering the phones.

 + 0 moreThey fixed everything. The car is running great now. Their was a grandmother in the waiting area who shared that her car smelled like gasoline and she had her grand kid in the car. This dealership took care of her car at not charge and I thought that was great.
Description of Work: My car was running roughly and they repaired a door handle that was not unlocking properly. They also did a wheel rotation and alignment. They cleaned the fuel injectors.
