Horrible, I've called service about an issue with my jeep several times and I haven't received a phone call back. In addition, trying to get a scheduled appointment takes over a week and their less than professional and accommodating. I've purchased two cars now from Fred Beans and I will never buy from them again.

They fixed everything. The car is running great now. Their was a grandmother in the waiting area who shared that her car smelled like gasoline and she had her grand kid in the car. This dealership took care of her car at not charge and I thought that was great.
