Fred Beans Chevrolet

We found a puddle of fluid underneath our 2008 Saturn Outlook on Sunday, November 3. We thought it was transmission or power steering fluid. We dropped the car off at Fred Beans Chevrolet in Limerick with no appointment scheduled. Received a call approximately 9 am Monday with the diagnosis of a coolant leak from a defective water pump. We were made aware of possible problems with the water pump on this model in a letter from GM July of 2013 but ours was not leaking at the time. Problem diagnosed, repair completed, car washed and we were called approoximately 2 pm that car was finished. Thanks to Matt our service writer and to the mechanic that fixed the problem.. Best part: $0 due when we picked up the car. Thanks to Fred Beans Chevrolet for excellent service!!!!

It was OK. I had a coupon that was good for a free inspection but then they charged me $40 for labor and I could have gotten it done elsewhere cheaper.

Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and while it was in the dealer checked out a noise that the steering wheel was making. Since it was under warranty, he went ahead and ordered the necessary parts and took care of everything. Was happy with service and attention to detail.

My old car was giving me some serious problems. I went in letting the sales person know what kind of deal I wanted. My salesperson, Bruce Hembrick was an excellent saleman. He was professional and very friendly from start to finish. I like how he assured me that something could be worked out and I would be leaving with a new car. I originaly just intended on pricing cars at different dealers but I was treated so well at Fred Beans I decided to stay and see what they could offer. I left riding in a new 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. I am happy I went to Fred Beans first.

They provide good service. They are great to work with. They aren't a typical used car salesman. As long as our salesman is still there, we will keep buying cars from them.
