 + -1 moreIt's an hour drive for me now. I have moved, but continue to visit this vet because I have a long history with them. I have been going to them since 2002. When any of my pets needed specialized treatment they were able to give me several references and when I asked for their personal advice (who they would take their pet to) they were able to provide me with a name which was also included with the names they already mentioned. I like the overall practice. They are very professional and generally concerned. They have well-rounded staff.
Description of Work: I take my cats and dogs here at least once a year for checkups. They are my primary veterinarian.

 + 0 moreDoylestown Animal Medical Clinic is a full service vet but they are not emergency vet. I call and make an appointment and they usually get me in very promptly. They are very punctual; there's never many people in the waiting room. We come in, sit down and withing 5 minutes they're calling us. I think they're a little higher priced but they're very kind so I keep going to them. We had our dog put to sleep and they stoppped the office literally so we have time to grieve and spend time with her. They left us alone and they were just very understanding.
Description of Work: We had my dog's nail trimmed.

 + -1 moreThe office visit was on time and, as usual, Dr. Reisl was warm and attentive to our pets.
Description of Work: We use Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic on a regular basis. In particular, we see Dr. Reisl. She is a very professional, compassionate and detailed veterinarian. She has a great manner with our pets. The practice is a little pricey but we have never had a problem getting an appointment and the care is well above average.

Description of Work: The staff at Doylestwown Medical Clinic were fantastic. My dog had a growth on her paw. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and when we arrived, didn't have to wait to see the doctor. She was diagnosed correctly and after a month, was back to normal. We will definately be going back to Doylestown Medical Clinic!!

Description of Work: Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic is by far the best place to go if you have a sick pet. All the vets are excellent but we delt the most with Dr. Myers. I can't say enough about her. Our little dog had some very complicated (life threatning) medical issues and Dr Myers saved her life on many occasions. Dr. Myers NEVER let her ego get in the way of helping our little girl. She would always do the best she could, then send us to the very best specialist. If not for her we would have lost our precious little girl way too soon. It feels like the entire staff of DAMC becomes a member of your family and an advocate for your pet the moment you walk in the door. I would never take my pet any place else.

 + -1 moreOne of the techs used to run a Rottwiller rescue, has the little sister of our rottie, and can get our dog to do anything she needs him to do. When she trims his nails, he rolls over on his back and lies still to let her do it. Once, I took him to another vet, closer to home, and everyone there was afraid of him. It made me appreciate how good Daylestown Animal Med. Clinic is with Mica.
Description of Work: Over the past 10 years, this vet has helped take care of a number of cats and dogs for us. From routine checks to recommendations for dog training, to care of injured/sick animals, they've always been prompt, and professional.

 + -1 moreI also used them when my other dog had to be put to sleep and they were just wonderful. They were very caring and still are. They are very good with the pets and I just love them.
Description of Work: My little Cocker Spaniel was sick so I took him to Doylestown to have him checked on. They had to provide a check up, give him a shot, ear drops and basic medication.
