 + -1 morePHIL BURTNER WAS MY MAIN CONTACT AND WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AT ALL TIMES. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICING, IT IS A REAL BARGAIN FOR THE QUALITY WORK YOU GET. THEY COMPLETE WORK AS SCHEDULED, HAVE GREAT TURNAROUND TIME, AND MEET ALL OBLIGATIONS AND COMMITMENTS. NOT A 'COOKIE CUTTER' SITE DESIGN COMPANY LIKE SOME OF THE OTHERS. THEY ALWAYS PAY GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE FINER POINTS. THEY LOOK AT THE WORK FROM A REALISTIC POINT OF VIEW SO THAT THE ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION WORKS AND DOESN'T HAVE SNAFUS. THEY HAVE REAL EXPERTISE, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE, AND IT SHOWS IN THE QUALITY WORK THEY PRODUCE. CONSISTENTLY FORESEE AND WORK OUT SITE DESIGN PROBLEMS AND SITUATIONS SO THAT CONSTRUCTION CAN BE COMPLETED WITHIN BUDGET AND AS SCHEDULED.
Description of Work: SITE DESIGN, STRUCTURAL DESIGN, ENGINEERING, AND ANALYSIS. NEPA AND SHIPO INVESTIGATIONS AND STUDIES. PHASE ONE AND TWO ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES AND REPORTS. PROPERTY AND SITE SURVEYS. ZONING AND PLANNING RESEARCH, STUDIES, AND REPORTS AS WELL AS PRESENTATIONS AS NEEDED.
