The painters did a great job! They arrived early, were friendly and professional. They got everything done in one day- our entry way and front door. This included 2 story high ceilings. There are a couple of places to touch up, but overall we are super pleased. The only thing that concerned us was that the instructions the painters were given did not match what we had confirmed with the company.

Yes, it went smoothly, a little misunderstanding about shutters, we compromised. But it was great from quote to finish. They were very professional, and cleaned up afterward. Certa pro, painted my 2 story exterior of home. I would definitely recommend, i recommended them to a coworker, and they painted her house also and was happy with result

They were excellent.

They caused over $20,000 in damage because they got stain all over my siding (ground level all the way up to the top of the second floor), got stain all over my car, got stain all over my outdoor furniture, and damaged most of the deck's wood with a pressure washer. They were given several attempts to fix the problems, and each time more problems were created. Their insurance company paid roughly $16,000 towards the damage, but they would not cover the damage to the deck because the insurance company considered that workmanship which was not covered under their policy. After the insurance settlement, I am out roughly $5,500 for repairing the deck.

Their estimate was in line with others. Went with them. Process was smooth and there was good communication and follow through which is pretty rare with painting contractors in my experience particularly with smaller jobs like this.

Great. The whole team at Certapro was professional and polite. They did their best fix and answer any concern I had.

I would not consider using anyone else in the future. They were professional, courteous. and their price was very competitive.

My daughter had destroyed the walls and tried to spackle them; she tried to paint the room and did a very poor job. Bedroom is beautiful and everything else was very well done. Joseph arrived on time and did a terrific job. I don't need to shop around for a painter for my next project. These are my go to painters. Well Done!

Awesome job

Initially l I had some issue with the quality of the job. I contacted the owner Jim Welsh and he came right away and was eager to assure the job would be re-done to my satisfaction. The new crew arrived shortly and the job is spectacular. This is why I always choose Certa-Pro. They guarantee the customer is happy. I would use this crew again.

Poor quality.  Paid for two coats; they only applied one. Damaged my property.

Prompt reply to inquiry. estimator quoted before he left. I got three bids and they were the lowest by about 25%. Worked was scheduled three weeks after quote and painters showed up on time. Job was completed in 5 days. The painters helped with proper sheens. I specified the wrong finishes but they were willing to adjust.

They did a nice job. It look nice and they got all the dirt and grime off of it. There was probably 5 to 7 days between they stained it. They were very efficient and hardworking.
