Call was answered by a person.  Not an emergency, visit scheduled for the next week. Ken showed up on time, assessed the situation.  Made recommendations on possible solutions.  Took his advise on the fix that we all hope would work.  It did.  No more leak.

They did a really nice job. Their responsiveness was excellent. It was an emergency type of thing and they came right out to help us. They were pretty knowledgeable too. They diagnosed it right away. Their price was average.

I paid one of those plumbing franchises that advertises on TV $1500 for an emergency visit and they were unable to fix my shower leak.
I called Buxmont, he showed up that afternoon - fixed a toilet and fixed my leak - total cost $280
Very competent and an obvious professional.
Dont make the mistake I did, use this local professional if you want it done right the first time.

Very clear estimate prior to work. All work was done on-time, in a very professional manner, at the estimated price or less.

Ken called back the same day I called him, we made a date and he arrived on time, completed both jobs in a reasonable time. He was very pleasant and professional and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Ken from BuxMont Plumbing installed a new washer and dryer I purchased. In spite of the pouring rain (and I mean BUCKETS), he helped me bring both units from a rented cargo van around to the back of the house and down the basement steps without complaint. He installed them both properly, tested them, and even cleaned out my flexible dryer vent hose (which I will have him replace per his recommendation) without any extra charge. I have worked with many different plumbers over the years, and Ken is a rare breed. He returns calls, shows up when he says he will, calls if he is delayed, and his prices are very reasonable even for emergecny services. I have hired him multiple times over the past few years and have always been very satisifed with the quality of the work done and his thoroughness (nothing worse than having someone leave and then you find out something was not done properly or tested...this never happens with Ken). As an additional bonus (if the above was not enough!), his prices are very fair. Save yourself a lot of calling around and just go with BuxMont Plumbing.

Ken did a great, quality installation, as usual.

I called the contractor on December 29 about 8:30 PM. His message gave me an emergency number. I called the emergency number and got him right away. He agreed to come out. A short time later I was able to temporarily unclog the toilet. I called him again and asked that he come on December 31. Contractor arrived December 31 at 9:00 am, time agreed upon. He removed the toilet and cleaned the soil pipe. Before replacing the toilet he replaced the inlet shutoff valve and cleaned the side of the toilet towards the wall. He completed the work in less than 2 hours. He left the work area clean. He had been here on December 11 and attempted to unclog the toilet without pulling the tank. That work appeared to be successful until December 29 when the toilet stopped up again. He had said there was a possibility that it could clog again even though it passed the toilet paper test. Since he had to come back to do further work he deducted the $89.00, previously charged, from his fee of $296.15. The resulting charge was $207.15. I thought his fee was quite reasonable. His communication was good and he performed in a professional manner. I will surely call him again if needed.

Plumber arrived within the time promised. I described the problem and what I had tried in order to fix it. He checked out the layout of the pipes in the basement before employing an industrial strength snake to clean out the drain. Once cleaned he tried to clog the toilet with a moderate amount of toilet paper. The toilet passed this test three times.
Once completed the plumber explained that if this repair failed he would have to return and remove the toilet to more aggressively clean the soil pipe. He said if further action was necessary that my $89.00 fee would go towards the cost of further work.
At all times he was courteous and professional.
I found this plumber on Angie's List. I will use him again.

Had emergency flood in basement over weekend. Called emergency number, he answeres while eating dinner with friends at a restaurant! He was willing to come over that same night at 11PM, but I figured we could hold out till the morning. He came on time at 9AM Saturday morning. He explained everything, was quick, efficient, cleared the drain clog in aboutr 10 minutes, and was on his way.

Very pleasant to deal with, and the price was VERY reasonable compared to other plumbers I called, specfically Young and Bowman in Doylestown. They do good work, but wanted almost $800 for a weekend service call to clear a drain clog! They wanted me to pay for two guys to come out from 35 mnutes away, paying for their driving time to and from their house, to get tools, etc. Seemed very unfair; I have to pay more because they hire people that live far away?

BuxMont Pluming was about $300, which I felt was fair for the emergency weekend call.

He did a great job and I would work with him again without a second thought.

They came quick, very responsive, and extremely nice. I was very happy with them. They clean up well also.

He came out in a moments notice and replaced our pump. He saved us from a second flood in the basement. The price was incredibly reasonable.

He did work for us in March. He did a fine job. He was prompt and did it when he said he could do it. He was good. It was a pretty big job but I don't remember the price. He did the shower, floor and the new plumbing. When the guy had to come and tile, he did a great job. It worked out really well. He was reasonable time wise and he came when he said he would. He came back after the tile guy came so it was really good. It was good that he came back to help us put the fixtures back on and that was the second time. He was timely and didn't make me wait. I will use him again. He was friendly and it was easy enough to have him in my home. He did the work without making a mess and he got it done quickly. He was professional and did a good job. I wouldn't say they are cheap, their price is a little high but it was fine.

THE GUY WAS LATE, BUT DID CALL AND GOT TO WORK ON THE CLOG. AFTER SOME TIME THE CLOG WAS FIXED AND HE SAID THE CULPRIT WERE CANTALOUPE SEEDS. AFTER THAT THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL WORKED LIKE A CHAMP.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY DID, LOOKED AT THE DAMAGE AND EMAILED ME THE QUOTE BEFORE DINNERTIME. I FOUND THEM TO BE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. DID VERY GOOD WORK.
