Buxmont Contractors

We hired Jimmy when he was under his previous company name, JM Drafting & Contracting, LLC (PA148388). We signed a contract in Feb '22 and work started Oct '22. He said the work would be done by January '23. Come Oct '23, the work was about halfway done, yet we had paid $191k out of $192k contract. We spent an extra 40k (+ we did labor) to finish the house. Subcontractors told us he wasnt paying them. He did not do work at our house and was rarely here to even check on the work that was being done. He was not present for most inspections. He blamed us for delays and claims we were harassing him when we are just trying to get our money back. If you are getting a bad feeling, trust your gut. Screenshots of other reviews from Jimmy, photo we took of him showing how easy it is to change the broken glass window he installed, and one of two minisplits we had in our home that we wanted to use, but he didnt cover, and then we had to pay 10k to replace them. I do not trust or respect him.

Foundation was done well

Jimmy and his team did fantastic job. We love and recommend their service to anyone who is looking to get the Patio built.

The team was efficient and effective. They were in and out of our home, completing the job within the agreed amount of time / budget with a very high level of quality.

The crew did excellent work and the new deck looks beautiful! We are very pleased with how quickly the work got done once they started. We will definitely talk to them for whatever our next home improvement project may be.

A job in progress

We recently had our basement finished and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Not only did they provide a great price, but the quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. Our basement now looks fantastic and adds significant value to our home. We highly recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for high-quality work at a great price.

Jimmy did a great job. This was to replace a 30 years old deck. The demo brought some bad surprises (rotten wood,..) , but the crew was always able to handle anything that came up. The deck was completed in no time and they did a beautiful job.

Jimmy was very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile very pleasant to deal with him and his team. The work was fantastic, we love our new deck!
